Terms and Conitions

1. NO RUSH commissions allowed.
2. Additional Ko-fis may be required depending on the difficulty level of the client's commissioned work.
3. Commissioned artwork must be for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not profit from my commissioned artwork. This includes, but is not limited to,: reselling my work, using my work as an NFT, and AI training.
4. I retain full rights to the commission artwork, and the client cannot claim the commissioned artwork as their own.
5. Because I retain full rights to the commissioned artwork, I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork in my portfolio and on any of my social media platforms.
6. I also reserve the right to live stream the process of creating the commissioned artwork unless the client explicitly asks that the process not be livestreamed.
7. Should the client decide to repost the commissioned artwork, they are required to properly credit my social media platforms.
8. The client must provide references (e.g. picrew, stock photos, character sheet) for their commission.
9. I am allowed to reject your commission for any reason.
10. For accepted commissions, full payment is required upfront, and I will only start creating the commissioned artwork once the full payment is received through ko-fi.
11. There is no definite deadline for commissioned artworks unless specifically and explicitly requested by the client and I explicitly agree to the given deadline, though updates will be given regularly or upon request.
12. The client may only request changes during the sketching phase, maximum of two revisions. Once the sketch is approved by the client, no more changes may be made.
13. The client cannot ask for a refund once the sketching phase has begun.
14. The client will not issue a chargeback without consulting me and resolving any issues first.
15. The commissioned artwork will be sent in either JPEG or PNG.
